Hi Sophia! This was a great live help session. You have a really great way of helping learners while still allowing learners to "do most of the work". Great job handling the first learner. I know you were probably a bit flustered, but you handled it so well. The way you recognized you might be a bit rusty on a topic and took the initiative to refer them to another tutor, rather than lead them down the wrong path, could honestly be used as an example for other tutors in a Live Help training module. :) I love how you helped the later learners too--- starting off with questions to gauge their prior knowledge and asking how they would start the problem. Your guiding questions like "which segments do you think you should multiply?" really helped the learner while still allowing the learner to take the lead in the problem. This was one of the best Live Help sessions I've seen! Keep it up :)
