Dylan is such a sweet guy because he understands that everyone may not understand it all at once, so repeats the procedures to each and every problem. I personally really like the format at which his class runs, because he starts off with a practice test with a one hour timer, which is very considerate. Then after the test is completed he takes his time to take a survey of how the test was for everyone and then clarifies that the test was meant to be hard. Then he dives in and dissects every problem and really dumbs its down, which is really helpful. Overall Dylan is a great tutor because it's very explicit that he has good experience with helping other. He's also really funny. (:
