The tutor created a supportive environment and reassured students that it was okay to ask questions. For example, they encouraged interruptions if something was confusing and praised students for asking clarifying questions. This helped reduce pressure and made the session feel more approachable., when a mistake was pointed out, the tutor thanked the student instead of dismissing it, which helped maintain a comfortable atmosphere.
