I noticed that you opened 2 zoom sessions. If you had some sort of technical problem you could check the zoom troubleshooting guide or ask for help in the community tab. It's great that you shared your screen with a doc and annotated on the screen because visuals like that can be really helpful for learners to follow along and understand what's going on better. It might be helpful to use slides instead because then problems would be more split up. You had interesting explanations and definitely have a good understanding of the material.

Great job checking in with learners to make sure that they could see your screen! Nicely done gauging learners current understanding by asking "Do you guys know what factors and multiples are?" Asking things like that can be really helpful for figuring out what you need to help learners with. Great job noticing when Gizelle wasn't enagaging and checking in to make sure she understood!

You worked really hard to make sure that all learners were participating and understanding what you were going over! It's great that you had learners solve example problems because that's a good way for learners to get to practice the skills you're working on! It also lets you catch any potential misunderstandings before they become engrained. When Zach shared the factors of 18 you confirmed that he was right, which is good, but try to be a bit more encouraging.

You were incredibly friendly and understanding throughout the session! Great job! It's great that you had learners introduce themselves! I love that you said "It's very nice to meet you". You ended up waiting about 20 minutes before starting introductions. It might be helpful to give an icebreaker question in that time. You could ask something like "what's your favorite song?" or "do you have any pets?" That would give learners something to do while they wait and could help you get to know learners better.
