Aurick's student was very engaged in the lesson, she asked a lot of questions. His responses to those questions were amazing, there were physical demonstrations and diagrams. There were times where he asked his students some questions regarding the topics he had covered. Not only did he ask for answers but he also put an emphasis on the explanation to his students' answers. Therefore, this whole section was "advanced"

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!! SO MANY OF MY QUESTIONS WERE FINALLY ANSWERED AT LONG LAST!! I loved how patient and thorough you were! Thank you so much for a wonderful, thoughtful session!!!

As previously mentioned, Aurick's explanations had a lot of fluidity in them. He not only verbally explained the questions which his student had but also drew diagrams and pictures to illustrate what he was talking about. He also continuously made sure that his student was understanding the material by asking, "does that make sense?" This let me know that he was looking for signs of struggles, resulting in an "advanced" score for this whole part.

Aurick ran the session very smoothly. There wasn't anything which caused me to think that he lacked knowledge in the field of Chemistry. His AP Chemistry knowledge goes to show that he is more than qualified to be a tutor, and he did an amazing job at teaching. There was a specific time span where he was teaching his student about a topic called "LDF", or London Dispersion Forces. He talks about electronegativity, reactions, interactions between molecules, and also about the different kinds of LDFs. That was a big green flag to me, and let me know he conveyed a deep understanding of the material.
