This session is for people who want to ace all areas of linear equations/functions. We will start with slope, then go on to types of linear equations, and then get into graphing. Questions will be asked to foster critical thinking and deepen understanding of the concepts. By the end of this series, you will master all areas of linear equations and also fully grasp the concepts. Prior knowledge required is the basics of what functions are (their definitions), a good foundation on what the coordinate plane is, and the ability to solve variable equations.

This series is not just a lecture on how to solve the word problems, but also fosters critical thinking and problem solving skills between learners by forming reasoning behind their approaches. The session targets percent, speed, variable, and scientific notation problems.

Dive in to Algebra 1 as we explore the basics and foundations of equations and inequalities. We will begin with complex equations and inequalities, then move on to complex word problems, absolute value equations/inequalities, and compound inequalities. Prerequisites to this session include basic understanding of variables and solving one step equations (x+3=9 or 3x=12).
