Thank you so much!!

You fostered a very supportive and warm atmosphere from the start, opening with introductions (00:04:47) to build community. You consistently used a gentle, encouraging tone, especially when students gave an incorrect answer, such as saying "That's a good try" (00:28:04) instead of criticizing. The best example of confidence-building was your handling of the quadratic problem where you realized Isabella's answer was correct and your key was wrong: you immediately apologized, saying, "I'm so sorry." (00:33:55). This humble, team-oriented approach greatly strengthens their confidence!

You were very empathetic and accommodating to your students. When Concetta admitted, "I don't really understand the problems" (00:56:47), you immediately validated her struggle by saying, "That's fine, we could all go over it together." You seamlessly adapted your pace when students struggled with a tough concept, such as the quadratic equation (00:33:45), assuring them that the group would "definitely have more opportunities to work upon it." This flexibility and patience create a great learning environment. I'd recommend doing an explicit check-in on problem-solving methods, as you did with the absolute value problem (00:24:43), which clarified a key point for Concetta.
