Beyond the SAT, I'm currently enrolled in Calculus BC and AP Microeconomics but can help with anything you find hard, be it Precalculus, Reading and Writing, Algebra 2, or more! If you know me as a person, you'll find that I have a sweet tooth for art exhibits and artistic appreciation. Feel free to ring me up if you want to discuss anything!

Reading and Writing for the December 2025 SAT

    Wednesdays 11:00 AM

My name's Michael and I've got a 750+ on both sections of the SAT, with lots of experience in tutoring the SAT. You can trust me to help you improve your R&W SAT scores throughout this four-week bootcamp. I'm very excited to meet all of you in this SAT bootcamp! My bootcamp is designed to give you the most effective prep in a short time. We’ll start by breaking down the SAT’s structure, focusing on high-yield strategies for tricky Reading passages and grammar rules. Each session, you’ll work through real SAT questions, including ones from past exams, so you learn exactly what to expect. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have taken multiple full-length practice tests under timed conditions, which hopefully would help you build confidence for your upcoming exams. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! As such, I would encourage you all to open your Cameras so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time or within the zoom chat

Thank you so much! I am learning great tips and I already feel so much more confident.

Your enthusiasm and supportive attitude clearly made Ahmed comfortable. You praised his progress often (“Good job,” “That’s smart thinking”), which encouraged active participation. You built rapport by recognizing his effort, joking lightly, and showing genuine interest in his improvement. Your warm goodbye and encouragement to continue using the study plan ended the session on a confident note. To make future sessions even stronger, you might consider relating reading examples to Ahmed’s interests — for example, connecting passage topics to real-world issues or pop culture references — to further personalize the learning experience.

Thank you so much for the session!! After just one session, I have a handful of skills and tips that'll help me when taking the SAT.

You began the session with a warm, enthusiastic greeting that set a positive tone right away. You took time to analyze your learner Ahmed’s previous SAT score and performance, identifying specific weak areas to target — a strong start that ensured focus and relevance. You also explained broader SAT strategies like understanding focus factor, reading transitions, and craft and structure, which helped Ahmed grasp what the test expects. Your explanation of reading question types and meaning-based analysis showed clear mastery of the content. When discussing the “veiny leaf” question, your excitement and applause when your method of elimination worked effectively reinforced confidence and made learning enjoyable. To further improve, you could include quick note summaries or pattern-recognition tips after each passage type to help learners recall strategies faster during timed tests.
