The tutor Elias did a amazing job adjusting to whenever it was needed. Whenever something did not go according to plan or if a learner was struggling, the learner was extremely patient, cooperative, and positive with it. The learner understood the learners' struggles by targeting their weaknesses and diving deep on their struggles, so they could better understand it. The tutor adapted to the learners' needs by answering any questions/concerns they had, giving them practice questions and a great lesson, etc. Overall, great job with this aspect.

The tutor, Elias, did a great job actively engaging throughout the session. The tutor was always engaging by having his microphone and camera on at all times, being very alert, and being communicative with all the learners. Additionally, the tutor did a fabulous job encouraging the learners to explain their thinking. Throughout the practice questions, the tutor would always make sure the learner understood and dived deep into the concepts, and encouraged the learners to share their thoughts, etc. Overall, fabulous job with this aspect.

The tutor Elias did a great job developing connections with the learners'. The tutor was patient and respectful, which contributed to a comfortable and positive environment. This led to the learners' feeling confident because of the tutor's positivity, which made them feel confident and not feel scared or shy to speak up and share any questions or concerns they might have had. This also led to an environment filled with comfort, which is ideal for a session. Overall, with everything in mind, fantastic job with this session. Good luck to your future sessions and endeavors.

The tutor Elias did a fantastic job with this session. The tutor was well prepared to run this session by ensuring there were not any issues prior to the session, and coming with a comprehensive slideshow of triangles and their properties. The tutor as well conveyed a deep understanding of Geometry, specifically triangle and its hard concepts. The tutor's overall explanations, visuals, analogies, and examples were in depth, clear, on point, and understanding. Overall, great job with this aspect.
