You engage the learner very well. Most of the communication is done through the chat or working on the whiteboard directly, which the latter of which I really liked. The session started with you explaining the concepts thoroughly, then as the learner learned the content you start to take the backseat and let them work more on problems. This is great! Each step of problems are mostly explained thoroughly either by you or it is worked by the learner.
