The tutor, effectively maintained a healthy environment, and made sure that all the learners were comfortable, apart from greeting them, the tutor also congratulated them when they completed their task.

Hey Will! Everything appeared to have run smoothly, without any major technical issues, so great job, especially for one of your first sessions. Also, your explanations were extremely accurate, in-depth, and easy for the learner to follow, conveying a deep understanding of the material. In fact, your teaching was so good that I suspect that you've already had some experience tutoring in the past outside Schoolhouse. Amazing job!

The tutor was actively using the chat box to greet other learners, and was constantly maintaining a good learning environment, the tutor also helped a learner by providing them a link to a certain website, to help their query with writing prompts.

In terms of engaging learners, I really liked how you were able to ask the learner questions frequently throughout the session. This is an area that most tutors struggle with, but you did great! This also ties into encouraging learners to explain their thinking. In addition to asking questions with one-word answers, you also asked many open-ended questions, further increasing learner involvement in the session. Great job!
