What Went Well: This was a major strength of the session. The tutors were very friendly and welcoming. Starting with a personal icebreaker was a great way to make the learners feel comfortable. Both Jaskaran and Minal were encouraging and positive throughout, making it clear that all questions and contributions were valued. Suggestion: Keep up the great work here! Your positive attitude and collaborative spirit make the learning environment very welcoming and supportive.

What Went Well: Minal did an excellent job adjusting her teaching when Ishrat was confused. She re-explained the concept in a different way, which was very helpful. The tutors showed a willingness to address alternative solution methods, like when a learner suggested solving the equation first. What Could Be Better: Jaskaran's response to Kaavya's question about domain seemed a bit dismissive, simply saying, "Yeah, you're right." Expanding on her correct observation would have been a great opportunity to reinforce the concept for everyone. Suggestion: When a learner makes a good point, use it as a teaching moment. For example, Jaskaran could have said, "That's a fantastic point, Kaavya. It’s so important to pay attention to those details because if you plug in a number that's outside the domain, your whole solution will be wrong."
