This space exists so you can understand yourself or just talk to a fellow peer after a busy day at school or work. You’re invited to speak about a feeling, a confusion, a moment in your life, or just about your day, from a place of reflection and not emotional overwhelm. Nothing needs to be solved here. Nothing needs to be explained. Just named, respected, and gently released.
