Throughout the session you acknowledged everyone's answers with positivity and made sure everyone felt welcomed. Your introduction section at the beginning was very strong and helped build a better community and discussion. As well, you continued to use learners' names to build confidence and comfort, fantastic job!

Your learners were engaged throughout the entire session and it almost seemed like a socratic seminar, everyone was very collaborative. Everyone was participating and building on each other and it was very helpful in having a thoughtful conversation. To further encourage learners to explain their thinking try asking follow up questions about how learners reached their opinions.
