Do nerves get in the way of doing your best when its time to perform, present, or take a test? In this series, we will learn what performance anxiety is, why it happens, and how to manage it using simple techniques. Through various discussions and reflections, we will build confidence, practice calming strategies, and create a plan to face pressure with a clear mind.

In this course, we will be learning the fundamentals of the flute, basic music theory, and how to take care of your flute. At then end of this course, we will be able to play songs like Hot Cross Buns, Mary had a Little Lamb, and other songs of your choice! You will need a flute, a cleaning swab(or silk/cotton cloth) and a cleaning rod!

In this series, we will be doing an introduction to multi step equations including equations with variables on both sides, number of solutions, and sums of consecutive integers. This is for students who want to get a head start to excel in pre algebra or students who just need a refresher on the unit. If interested, please bring a pencil, calculator, and some paper.
