THANK YOU SO MUCH. You are super funny and interactive

You were extremely patient and flexible, especially during the challenging subject-verb agreement question (musings). When the student was clearly confused ("I really don't know, like, I'm thinking, like, this sounds really confusing"), you did not rush but instead adapted by simplifying the concept into its core components: checking whether the subject is possessive, singular, or plural, and then breaking down the verb conjugation (e.g., he eats, they eat). You recognized the student's need for a structured conceptual breakdown and delivered it clearly. Something that works for me is acknowledging the difficulty, as you did, and then patiently re-teaching the core rule.

I really appreciate the effort you put into my improvement! I gained confidence in my reading and writing skills throughout the bootcamp, and I hope I can channel that into getting a good score on this test!

Thank you for the session! I really learned the strategies to tackle tough questions!

Nice job with this session! I noticed that you decided to lead the session by asking for student input rather than your own questions. This allowed students to be prepared and seek help on particular topics, rather than getting help for questions that they've already mastered. Hansika also seemed to be quite receptive to the way that you suggested to go about solving the first question, which signals that your advanced technique and understanding has helped her too! The start of the session seemed a little bit awkward, so maybe in the future take a moment to give yourself an introduction (unless you already know the tutee)! I also appreciate you following Schoolhouse policy with the camera and establishing that boundary at the beginning of the session! With the question about rainfall, you identified a mistake with the given explanation and talked through a corrected version, and that shows your understanding of the material!

Thank you for the live zoom help! I didn't know where to go after solving for components of the problem, but the tutor guided me to the solution in such an easy way.

Hey Ishir! Congratulations on becoming a schoolhouse tutor, we are so lucky to have you! Great job on preparation, there were no hiccups and there was no issue helping your learner despite not knowing what questions where going to come up. Your multiple choice question theory was very strong and I suspect you may have prior tutoring experience because it was very informative. To further improve, consider asking for the questions before the session if you have time to avoid time reading the question in session.
