This session was particularly helpful because it opened my eyes to the factors I should be considering when researching colleges. Hearing about the opinions of other students in the workshop helped me to formulate my own thoughts and preferences. I realized that I value diversity, tutoring resources, mental health services, an array of food options on campus, comfortable dorms, and extra student support. What you said about seeking out current student perspectives and reaching out to them was great advice as well. From now on, I will make sure to do that and gain an idea of what it would be like to be a student at any schools I'm looking at!
