You created a welcoming and comfortable space for your learner. You had your camera on and did a short introduction at the beginning, which helped your learner feel more at ease. Even without a formal welcome or reflection question, your calm and open approach had a positive start to the session. One suggestion, would be to consider adding in a small reflection question at the end of the session to help your learner see what they understood and where they need to focus more.
