The tutor is amazing!! And did a great job with presentations and explanations. I felt like I already knew most of the stuff and needed help on harder level questions. That is the only reason this course is not for me. But everything else was great!

Even without your camera on, you created a calm and focused learning space by speaking clearly and supporting learners through each step. It’s great that you introduced yourself. Next time, you could consider adding a quick icebreaker question at the start to make the space even more lively/engaging as well as turning on your camera (if possible.)

Great job coming into the session well-prepared! You had a clear structure planned out, starting with a quick slide to introduce linear equations, which helped give your learners a foundation before doing practice. It was also great to see you using the pen tools to walk through the problems visually. One idea to build on this could be to try adding in a small reflection or recap slide at the end to help reinforce the learning.

Tysm for clarifying some important, must need to know details that I honestly skipped over when it comes to eliminating certain answer choices, feel so much easier to approach these questions again :)))

You showed flexibility during the session by adjusting to your learners’ pace and visually walking them through the material. Going forward, if you notice quiet learners or someone who may be struggling, you could try calling on them with questions such as "Do you want to try the next step together?”

You explained things thoroughly and used the whiteboard well to keep learners engaged with the content. Starting by introducing yourself was a great idea. To take it even further, you might try asking your learners to introduce themselves briefly too, such as “What’s your favorite subject?” or “Have you done linear equations before?” What do you think about adding a quick Zoom poll or reflection question next time to get everyone engaging more?
