Welcome everyone! College is such an exciting page in your life but it can also be stressful if you do not know what to expect. As a UCLA bioengineering student, I understand the value of having a mentor guiding you along the way. I believe that overall the most important goal is to put your best foot forward, because that could be the mots important step of your life. Every student has a unique story, and I want to help you highlight yours in a way that stands out to admissions officers. Along the way, I'll also share insights and recommend colleges that may be a strong fit for you and your goals.
In this course, each session will focus on a key aspect of the college journey--from applications and essays to college life and beyond. I will have mini lessons prepared, but will encourage more open conversations. I will also have handouts prepared for your reference because I know it can be a lot. and while this is a given, feel free to message me over Schoolhouse for additional support. We'll wrap up with an open Q&A session, where you can ask me anything about college, applications, or what it's really like to be an engineering student at UCLA
