In the beginning of the session, it is implied that Kuddus and Monish have already met each other ( Mark 1:40 "Nice to be seeing you so soon again."), so it is already off to a comfortable start. As the session progresses, Kuddus and Monish continue to engage with each other, and it seems that at no point that they aren't talking to each other, so this creates a very friendly atmosphere for both Kuddus and Monish. Additionally, when it comes to when Kuddus gets stuck on an answer, Monish is able to point Kuddus to the correct direction by using hints for Kuddus to find the solution (Mark 11;45 "Both of these sides could be equal, but these sides don't need to be equal to each other, so it could just go to somewhere else."). Monish is also able to give a lot of these mini hints to create a neat little "path" for Kuddus to walk towards so that Kuddus can really understand Overall, by actively engaging with Kuddus and maintaining professional and friendly attitude, Monish displays an "advanced" level of "creating a comfortable environment. Then, with Monish being able to skillfully navigate learner's mistakes, and with such attentiveness, Monish shows an "advanced" level of "strengthening learners' confidence."

He was super duper nice and even though I am really bad at math he was patient and very interactive to make sure I knew what I was doing. He did not rush me when I asked him questions and answered them all very well. I have been getting a lot of sessions in for summer school but I like Monishes the best for sure. I feel bad when I ask a lot of questions, but he made sure to congratulate me when I did well, and after the session, I feel really good about this topic, even though I was having depressive episodes about it a second ago.
