You handled adjusting in this session well! I particularly saw this during the session during the first attempt of the Geometric Definitions quiz. Despite the fact that learners appeared not to understand the concept, you maintained a positive demeanor and redid the quiz. These efforts were particularly successful I saw with Aparajita who was soon answering questions correctly in the second attempt. I know it is definitely difficult when learners appear disengaged like they did during the second quiz attempt. I believe that Yusuf would have benefited from more review on that first quiz. I believe persisting and trying to further assist Yusuf at least until the completion of the second quiz would have been beneficial. You did a great job with this in the dilation practice though; everyone was following along more clearly. Nice work especially in a tough situation!

You were very well prepared for the session, with concepts you wanted to go over pre-determined and you even had a whiteboard where you showed some problems visually, which I think is a great way for learners to visually learn. You also knew the concepts well, and could explain them in an easy to understand way, so great job on being prepared!!

The environment you created was great! I particularly liked how you let Yusuf set the tone for the session at the beginning, and you made it easy for everyone to communicate and unmute. This was also true with Aparajita who joined late, and it was not awkward the way you incorporated her into the session whatsoever! I would encourage connecting with your learners a little more before you start the lesson. This can help build connections and create a more comfortable environment for all students. Amazing work regardless!

OH MY GOD I JUST WANT TO SAY YOU ARE *SO* AMAZING!!! YOU ARE SO PATIENT WITH US TODAY YOU WERE LITERALLY OUTSIDE AND STILL DID THE SESSION!!! AND YOU EVEN SPENT TWENTY WHOLE MINUTES JUST HELPING ME UNDERSTAND ONE PROBLEM! I feel the others didn't really realise the time and effort you put into these sessions and how CLEARLY you are so patient and how lucky they are to have you as a tutor. And I feel that they weren't grateful enough like HOW could they just LEAVE MID-session when you're literally giving us your precious time!!! I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH AND I HOPE YOU KNOW THAT I LOVE YOU FOR IT!!! THANK YOU for showing up today like most ppl would have cancelled the session. NOT TO MENTION how HELPFUL this is like oh my goodness. THANK YOU SO MUCH. also i'm really sorry i went all rage mode so sorry 😓

I really liked how you did icebreakers at the beginning of the session- you talked a little about what geometry is at the beginning, in a really relatable tone, and I noticed that right of the bat most of your learners were comfortable talking to you with mic rather than chat; you also added on to each of their fun facts, which is a really great way to create a comfortable environment, so great job on that!!
