The tutor, Inaayat, did a great job adjusting to when it was needed! Whenever something did not go according to plan or there was a technical issue, the tutor was very patient and understanding, and persevered through it. The tutor did a solid job understanding the learners' struggles and what they need to work on the most by analyzing the results of the assessments and confusion over certain problems. The tutor did a great job adapting to all of the learners' needs by helping all of them and answering any questions or concerns they may have. Overall, fantastic job with this aspect!!

The tutor did a great job actively engaging throughout the session! The tutor was always continuously engaging with the learners by having her camera and mic. on at all times, and just being present at all times. The tutor's friendliness and respect towards the learners really helped engagement and kept the vibes positive. I also liked how the tutor encouraged learners to explain their thinking and thoughts of a question, even if they didn't know the answer to. That shows they are trying their best and paying attention. Overall, great job with this aspect!

The tutor, Inaayat, did a great job developing connections with the learners'! The tutor was very friendly, respectful, and welcoming to each and every learner. This helped strengthened the learners' confidence to where they don't need to feel shy or scared to speak up and share any questions/concerns they may have. The environment was as well filled with comfort! An environment filled with respect and comfort, like the one you developed, is crucial to each and every learner's knowledge! Inaayat did a great job with this session! The tutor was very well prepared for this session by having the slideshow with hard, but yet, great SAT math questions and had an advanced math assessment made. The tutor's explanations, visuals, analogies, and examples were very clear and understanding. The tutor conveyed a deep understanding of the material, and especially with how to solve hard-style SAT Math problems. Overall, great job with this aspect!
