You're very kind and patient with the learner! You maintain a friendly and approachable tone throughout the session, which helps build a comfortable environment. Great job! You also make sure the learner is comfortable with certain steps, for example asking them if they are okay with you making suggestions or small edits to help them with the word count, etc. It was clear that the learner was comfortable enough to ask you questions, engage meaningfully, etc.
