You were both highly attentive and adaptive. When it was clear Shaied couldn't see or hear clearly, you proactively sent the problem in the chat. When he was unfamiliar with factoring quadratics, you wisely pivoted back to a linear equation he was more comfortable with. This showed excellent responsiveness to the learner's needs in real-time.
