Maleque had firm grasp over the topic. She told me ways to solve the questions 100x better than the mainstream ones. Overall, I think that she was a polite, informed tutor who tried her best to implement the MARS rubric and make her learners feel heard and respected.

Hi Maleque, I like how you first introduced yourself to the learner and then proceeded into figuring out exactly what they need help with. It was good that you went into practice problems on circles since the learner wanted help in that, and you gave nice explanations along the way!
