I’m a high school student from Oregon, and I’m excited to join Schoolhouse as a peer tutor! I’ll be helping out with advanced math—a subject I’m extremely passionate about. I love teaching math because it's not just about memorizing formulas; it challenges you to think critically and solve complex problems, which is something I enjoy.

Outside of academics, I’m a musician. I play the violin in both an orchestra and a mariachi band, which has been an amazing way to connect with other cultures and share music with my community. Balancing music and academics has taught me the importance of creativity and adaptability, which is the same approach I bring to tutoring.
