Well done calling on individual learners to affirm their comprehension of the question material! This is a nice way to further engage with fellow learners instead of consistently giving them answers. However, if you are able to, I would highly recommend to turn on your camera. If learners can associate concepts with the face of the tutor, the learners will be more likely to engage and share their thoughts. Other than that, keep up the great work!

He was very specific when he was answering our questions and even went into more detail than he technically had to to explain a problem to help me understand why he used the equation he did.

Its amazing that even though your still waiting for others join your encouraging the learners to ask questions whilst they wait! Well done for checking that everything was working 🎧1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣. Well done for checking in with the learners on how they are doing I think that made the learners feel very at comfort in your session. Well done for taking so passionately about SHW its great to see tutors so involved in the platform like your self. Its great that you also asked the learners how they felt about SAT maths I think that a great verbal assent of the learners capability you made there. Congratulations for getting into Dartmouth College thats such a great school! Its so great to see how positively you responded to my audit well done for trying out the popcorn method I hope you liked it 👍. It great that you got them to set a goal that they can work towards.I love your slide as text is kept to a minimum and they are very well laid out. He was very encouraging in letting us figure out the problems for ourselves even when we were struggling with finding the answers

He was super nice and encouraging about studying when it comes to topics we may not know well yet.

Hello Tuna, hope you're having a good day 😀. Its great that you start your session so energetically 😀. Its great that you’re waiting for everybody to join! Its amazing that even though your still waiting for others join your encouraging the learners to ask questions whilst they wait! Well done for checking that everything was working 🎧1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣. Well done for checking in with the learners on how they are doing. With ice breakers instead of having to look for volunteers or pick on anybody I recommend using a technique called popcorn.  During popcorn, the tutor chooses one student to begin introducing themselves or do the ice breaker. When the student reaches a stopping point, the student randomly selects another student in class to introduce themselves. This gets the learner’s interaction which builds an even stronger community. It great that you got them to set a goal that they can work towards.I love your introduction slide its very well laid out. Thank you for making your session so encouraging for the learners. To conclude that was an amazing session well done for trying to push the learners to set high targets. Well done!
