Hi Neal! I just audited your live help session and I think you did an amazing job! I really liked how you were making the learners comfortable so that they could talk more freely. I also really appreciate the fact that you weren’t just giving the answer, you were instead helping the learners get to the answer. While doing that, you asked questions to check if they understood a certain concept, and if they did not, you would explain that concept briefly, something that I really loved about your session. I also loved how you were encouraging and motivating the second learner in your live help session. However, just a quick note, I would like to mention that you did constantly keep saying that you can’t help in a problem in Algebra 2 because you’re only certified in Calculus. This is the case when you’re hosting regular sessions, but in live help sessions, you are allowed to answer questions in Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus even if you’re just certified in Calculus topics.
