On engagement, you spoke actively with learners through their chat responses and asked questions to both engage learners and build comprehension. You asked learners how they formulated their answer. For example, you asked "How did you guys get answer C, which is the correct answer by the way so great job for that." This simultaneously asks learners to explain their thinking while building confidence and encouraging them, so great job! I think you could engage learners a bit more actively by asking them to do specific portions of a problem you are walking them through.

You create a comfortable environment by comforting learners when they struggle with a difficult problems with phrases like "Yeah, this is a hard question, let's go through it together" when they indicate that they are struggling individually.
