I also like how you made the answer to Harishri's question accessible to a pre-algebra audience and connected it to an example from a previous lesson. Lastly, I like how you give written and visual explanations for every problem.

You do a great job with the preparation to run the session, as I see you prepared a slideshow and numerous practice problems. You are able to convey a deep understanding of the material, and you are able to explain the lesson clearly to the learner and also explain why the solution is the solution, especially on practice problems.
