Hey AP! Great work!! You were very well prepared for the session as seen by how you had very aesthetic and informational slides. You did a great job introducing yourself and then asking learners to introduce themselves + share what they want to learn about. That is a very effective way of targeting your teaching to make sure that you are really addressing the learners' needs! One suggestion for next time is, if possible, to turn on your camera! It's great for building a sense of community, and more often than not, listening + watching a person talk is much more interesting than reading slides. Another idea could be to have some icebreakers ready such as a few questions (i.e. "what is one interesting thing you plan on doing this weekend?") that'll help learners open up. This will help increase your engagement later in the session! Other than that, fantastic work! If you have any questions/comments/concerns, feel free to DM me on slack! I just audited your session, and you did an amazing job at making sure that the learners left having a strong understanding of the series layout and the creativity exercises. I love how you greeted the learners as they came in by name, giving them a sense of belonging in the series. I loved the icebreaker that you had which helped introduce learners and made the learners more comfortable in the learning environment. It was great that you asked questions to make sure the series fit the learners' needs and what they want to learn about. I love how you began the session by explaining the purpose of the series and what topics would be covered. I also love how you had learners do some creativity exercises to see a baseline of where learners were and what they need to learn. Hi A, you did a great job in this session, I especially like the part where you used Quiziz to help learners strengthen their knowledge on the material, and you can further improve your sessions by adding a bit more tones into your voice, but overall, well done!
