Hey guys! My name is Dhruhi I'm excited to work with all of you this summer + fall. As a Chemistry Olympiad participant for over 3 years, I noticed that there were few free Chemistry Olympiad Prep Courses that covered questions above the AP chemistry level so I decided to create this course for all of the talented high school and middle school students in the world that are preparing for the Chemistry Olympiad. That being said this course will be rigorous and an honors chemistry background is required (reading the Zumdahls textbook would be sufficient to take this class). In the first class, we will take a diagnostic exam so I can survey the group's proficiency in certain topics. Generally, each week, we will have a learning objective. The session will start with a 10-20 minute lesson on the topic. Based on the scores, we will do 40-50 minutes of targeted group practice (on Khan Academy AP Chemistry Problems, online Chemoly practice, and official Chemistry Olympiad practice test questions). Throughout the series, I will provide free resources that you can study from including my own notes, tips, online study guides, practice questions etc and always feel free to message me with any chemistry questions :) Near the end of the series, we will try taking half and then full length practice exams to assess our growth + check the need for additional Q&A sessions. As a final note, I am happy to take more learners mid-series but they may have to cover some of the previous material independently. Happy Studying 📖🧪⚛️!

Each week we will start with a 10 minute practice quiz on a certain topic in Chemistry Olympiad. Based on the scores, we will do 30 minutes of targeted group practice and the last 20 minutes will be to go over Chemistry Olympiad practice test questions covering that topic. Reading the Zumdahls textbook or going over an AP Chemistry Course would be sufficient to take this class.

Hi everyone! This session is mainly being hosted to help Geetha, a learner here at Schoolhouse in topics surrounding Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry. Others are welcome to join but the cirriculum will be catered towards Geetha's needs!

In this 8 week series, we will be learning how to recognize, solve, and maneuver all the functions covered in Algebra 1 as this is often a topic that many students have difficulty with. In this series we will be learning the material from scratch and practicing it rigorously with practice problems and occasional unit tests! The outline of this series is shown below. Week 1: Overview of Functions Week 2: Intro to Inverse Functions Week 3: Absolute Value and Piecewise Functions Week 4: Exponential Growth Week 5: Take Practice Exam! Week 6: Quadratics: Intro to Factoring Week 7: Quadratic Functions Week 8: Q&A! You do not need any preliminary knowledge of Algebra 1 for this but you may need a notebook and scientific calculator! Ace your Algebra 2 final exam with this 4-week course combining small group sessions and a personalized lesson plan. This program is ideal for students who have final exams Jun 9-13. What to expect: In Week 1, you will participate in one session where you will complete a skills assessment to identify targeted focus areas for you to work on throughout the program to help you prepare effectively for your final exam. In Weeks 2 through 4, you will join two small group sessions per week. This program will meet twice a week for 75 minutes per session. You and your peers will explore key concepts together and work on individual practice problems from your personalized lesson plan.
