Therrence made a strong effort to connect with participants and foster a sense of inclusion. He addressed attendees by name, asked for pronunciation corrections, and regularly checked in to make sure everyone was following along. His reassuance ("some of you might be starting completely from scratch and that's perfectly fine") created a supportive atmosphere, especially iportant in a beginner course. By framing Java not only as a tool for aspiring engineers but as a skill valuable across many fields, he broadened the relevance of the session and connected with stuents’ varied interests and goals. These efforts demonstrated care, attentiveness, and a commitment to creating a welcoming space for all. Great Job Overall Man!
