Reading and Writing for the August 2025 SAT®

"Hi, my name is Satvik, and I'm really excited to help you prepare for the SAT! I've taken the SAT 2 times before and I'm an active tutor on schoolhouse. Reach out to me with any questions. This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

AP World History || Summer Series

Get ahead to prepare for your APWH class with this summer series! We will review Units 1-9 to give you a head start for next year. We will also do practice questions to shore up your knowledge. This series will be taught by two 5 scorers to ensure you are well prepared.

Satvik made the session feel very comfortable and inclusive—he addressed everyone by name (like Arya, Ian, Praveer), responded kindly when people were unsure, and joked lightly about tech issues, which kept the energy light and friendly. I think you did an excellent job when it came to engaging your learners with the content. This is because you ensured they took part in each problem they did, making this session appear more like a conversation, which you should always strive for. Additionally, you made sure to understand what your learner thought of each problem, understanding why they chose the answer choice and their thought process of other answer choices. This is a fantastic idea to show their holistic view of the problem, and not just the answer choice they chose.
