Ifeoluwa did a good job encouraging the learner to share out their answer and their work. Whenever the learner makes minor mistakes, she is able to identify the errors made by the learner without overwhelming the learner. For example, the learner is confidant to share out their work in how they calculate the area of a circle. When the learner mistook the area of a circle as determined by pi d squared, the tutor is able to correct the learner while giving the learner helpful tip that "d is rarely used in the equation". The learner and the tutor also address each other friendly. One suggestion I want to make for Ifeoluwa is that it can be helpful to write down some work on the whiteboard so that the learner can see the work.
