Anaya, nice job in this session! Thanks for preparing a slideshow to guide the session; this is definitely a great way to organize and prepare yourself. I like that you went over the vowel noises and how they are different from English; I particularly liked that you demonstrated the noise with an English word and a Spanish word. It's also great that you talked about multiple ways that a certain phrase can be conveyed, such as when introducing yourself. Your way of testing the learner's knowledge is effective; specifically, moving off of the slide and having her rely on her memory shows how easily she receives the tutoring. The practice conversation portion was also a good add. You did a great job overall!

Your explanations were really good! For example, when introducing numbers, I noticed that you used transliterations as well. You also had visuals for each color. You also were able to engage in a conversation with the other learner and offered more vocab to learn.
