The tutor clearly knows about the college application process. She confidently explains the slides and adds tidbits like common dates of when different college admissions are due. She is able to answer all questions clearly and correctly.

It is great that you started the session with an introduction, letting all the learners introduce themselves and answer icebreaker questions. It is wonderful that you addressed all the learners by their names, for example, you mentioned "Thank you, Emma". You used a positive tone throughout the session, you mentioned "you did it well done guys" and appreciated all the learners for participating. This is a great way to create a comfortable learning environment and strengthen their confidence. It is excellent that you suggested everyone to take breaks and to de-stress.

Great job right from the start of making a comfortable learning environment. You did a good job getting everyone to unmute and share a little about themselves. I also liked your "about me" slide and it made for an easy way for learners to visually see a little about you and maybe relate. You also did a great job by talking about your college experience and shaoing that the learners are not alone in feeling scared or anxious.
