This was an excellent violin session led by a highly knowledgeable and skilled tutor. It was nice to see them ensuring the learner could clearly hear and understand each violin demonstration. Their guidance was precise yet patient, creating a smooth and productive learning experience. I especially appreciated the practical suggestions and techniques they provided and also the amazing pieces they played :))

It was beautiful to see them step back and let the learner take the lead at times, especially in something as personal as playing music. That balance of guidance and freedom really let the learner's confidence shine. Your deep knowledge of the violin was so clear, but what stood out even more was how patient and supportive you were. I loved how you mentioned about consistency and the example of Pomodoro session!

The tutor was actively prepared to perform the session as smoothly as possible, they were ready as in ready as they'll ever be, and that's what Schoolhouse looks for in tutors, overall, Well done! Tutor also conveyed a deep understanding of the material and curriculum as much as possible. There were no hiccups or conflicts about the material at all.

Tutor had strengthened learners confidence by asking them multiple questions and to let them critically think on topics that were presented during the sessions, it is key to do this so students don't get confused on specific topics. So keep doing what you're doing! Tutor created a comfortable learning environment by keeping up with RC&S, (Respectful, Comfortable, and Safe) a little system I made for this grading system. You were respectful, you made everyone comfortable, and everyone in the session was safe.
