I liked how you asked the learner at the end of the session "What did you learn today?" This question allows learners to understand that you are determined to help them succeed in your sessions. The learner said that they learned new words! The learner made excellent improvement!

I liked how you introduced the learner by their name and asked if they could hear you. Your icebreaker question was "What do you want to be an expert in?" This question is a fun question that the learner can answer. Questions like this encourage learners to be comfortable with you! The learner was very comfortable with you! The learner clearly shared their goals for attending your sessions. The learner seemed very confident toward the end of the session!
