One class a day and master the foundations of algebra at the end of the 5 days! What will i get from this course? - 1: Algebra 1: Algebra Foundations Certification What to expect: On the first 3 days we will work on learning and perfecting the basics of Algebra 1 and on the last 2 days we will be practising Algebra 1 basics certification exams to make sure you get your algebra 1: Algebra foundations certification When we are learning we will spend 30 min practising and last 15 min playing Algebra 1 games to reinforce your Algebra 1 knowledge. When we are preparing for the Algebra 1: Algebra Foundations exam, we will practise all the stuff we learned and we will do the Algebra 1: Algebra Foundations practise exam to make sure you get that good score.

Units 1,2 and 3 will be covered in this group, each unit will have a detailed explanation of what it is, how to solve them, and a couple of practice problems to go with them. At the end of the session, we're going to play a kahoot, gimkit, or a blooket depending on what you guys decide.

Each session I will have an online test which we're going to walk through and at the end we'll have a quiz similar to the ones that we practiced.

Each session we will cover one unit (Or part of a unit) of pre algebra! This will help set your foundation for harder math classes that you are going to encounter later on in high school. Also, this course is great for strengthening your pre-algebra skills if you plan on taking the SHSAT!

Over the next 3 days we will be going quadratics. We will dive into the essentials of quadratic equations-learn to solve them, graph parabolas, and grasp key concepts with ease.

Every other day we will be meeting to go over any pre-algebra questions you have. It can also be a productive study space.

Every Thursday, we'll go over an algebra 1 topic with practice question and clear common misconceptions

In this series of sessions, we will be going over a few topics in pre-algebra like systems of equations, factors, multiples, equations, exponents, order of operations, and more! Starting in August I will be doing a series going through everything in Algebra 1.

This will be a three-week series going through units 1-11 of the pre-algebra curriculum. We are basing our content off Khan Academy's course. Each session will include an informative Google Slides that has basic concepts, practice problems, explanations, run-throughs, and more. Additionally, we will be going through Khan Academy practice problems together to enhance your understanding. All content will be shared for review via our series group chat.
