The tutor continuously made sure to ask the learners to explain their thinking following picking an answer choice. He also built on said explanations, which was great since it incorporated the learners' responses while simplifying them.

Nice job! You have helped your learners properly throughout your session, as it's clear that they have improved and benefited from your lesson. By the end of your lesson, your learners have learned how to use Desmos a lot better than most! Your environment is near perfection ever since the beginning, as the first actions you took were introducing everyone to each other and allowing your students to feel comfortable enough to ask questions and maintain engagement with you throughout your session. This was one of the best sessions I've seen, great job!

Andrew is definitely one of my better school house experiences so far. He was super friendly and his teaching style was nice. He had an answer for all my questions and was good at teaching in a way that made me understand. Overall I would sign up again.

At the beginning of the session, the tutor asked whether the learners wished to review specific topics, which was great when it comes to targeting their personal needs. He also seemed to be familiar with the content of the resources he brought along, which were effective at challenging the learners.

With many people all learning from you, you must ensure each student feels significant and is comfortable in your session. Your camera also shows a friendly face, which helps increase the efficiency of the learning process. Judging by your slideshow and execution of the class, your understanding of the material is also very deep, as you have shown that you properly understand your material and are ready to answer any questions your students may have about it.
