If you are taking Pre-Calculus next year, this series is perfect for you. I will give you a jump start to the year so that you will feel much more relaxed in the class because you have already learned what is being taught for most of the fall. We will first cover composite and inverse functions. Then we will jump into trigonometry which is the biggest and most important unit for precalculus.

We will go over everything you need to know about vectors. We will first learn about adding, subtracting and then multiples of vectors. Then will learn about algebraic representation of Vectors. Then we will learn about vector and parametric equations: motion in a plane. Then we will learn about parallel and perpendicular vectors; Dot Product. Then we will learn about vectors in three dimensions. Then we will learn about Vectors and Planes.

Are you going to be taking Precalculus this year. If so this course is perfect for you. We will be diving into what you will be learning about in the fall so that you get some prior knowledge before entering the course. This will make the course both easier and the ability for you to further excel and get a great grade. We will meet everyday at 11am Pacific Time. I will add more sessions soon.

We will first learn about Venn diagrams and how they relate to probability and combinatorics. It will help introduce some formulas. Then we will go over factorials and how they relate to combinatorics. Then we will learn permutations and combinations. Then we will learn permutations with repetition and circular permutations. Now we start with probability. We review Venn diagrams and how they relate to probability. We then do some basic probability problems. Then we will learn some independent and dependent probability. Then, we will use combinations for probability. To end we learn expected value.

We will begin by introducing matrices what they are and how to work with them. We will do some addition and subtraction matrices. We will then learn how to multiply them. We will go over the zero matrices and their properties. Next we will look at algebraic equations and learn how to use matrices and how they are helpful for very large equations where you cannot just eyeball it. Then we will go over how to use matrices to graph stuff. Then we will go over determinants of 2x2 matrices. Then we will go over the inverse functions and end with how to solve those types of equations.
