Super orgainzed, explained some chart that she uses to track progress and confusion, which is great to sense learners' misunderstandings if any. Is able to adapt to learners' needs by changing the examples that fit the scenarios that they might need. Is able to sense some misunderstanding in the moment, and provides strong examples to provide for the learners.

I loved the idea of creating a plan for the SAT including general tips, that is a great way to start. Explanations are great, specific/in detail, and really helps the learner visualize the process. Super organized to the detail which is amazing. Able to keep track of the learners and their progress and their problems using her chart.
