My favorite part of Krisha's tutoring style throughout this entire session was how she repeatedly asked the learner whether they understood her explanation after every question, which I find really helps to cement a learner's knowledge and strengthen their confidence in the subject. Also, she provides numerous instances of encouragement to her learner, saying things such as, "that's good reasoning" and "that's an excellent start", inspiring the student and opening their mind to her explanations. The atmosphere of the whole session is comfortable and approachable from an outside perspective, with Krisha giving plenty of room for the student to give their own perspective and reasoning. Great work!

I really loved today's session a lot. I didn't hope that It would be this amazing. Teacher was freindly and explaained every concept with so clarity. Now, I am in 10th standard and so I don't knew a single question that were discuessed today in class because I didn't came up to those concepts yet. In my class(school), they taught according to syllabus which include basic problems. when I read those questions that were discussed in class, I thought that I won't be able to solve them even after explanations. But the way Ms. Krisha G explained every question ,every concept clearly and in a friendly tone was just amazing.. I realy enjoy today's class a lot.. And I am super excited to join class tomorrow as well ,to undertand more difficult concepts in an easier way..

I like how you called on the learners to ensure they were participating in the session. If a learner hasn't participated in a while, you ensure to ask them to type the answer in the chat or unmute their microphone. I also like how you wanted to hear the reasoning for their answers, allowing them to fully understand the concept and share it with the other learners. You made sure not to talk for too long so that the learners would be engaged and not bored; you wanted them to speak and explain as much as possible.

As I mentioned earlier, Krisha does not seem to exhibit any problem in identifying weak parts in a learner's understanding. She seeks to analyze where the learner is struggling through her explanations, which is a great way to adapt to the learner's unique needs while also answering their questions at the same time. This entire session seemed to be about answering a student's doubts on certain SAT questions, so really there wasn't really any unique signs of struggling from the learner, but I can see that Krisha would most likely be able to adapt to those needs quickly and efficiently if given the chance. No notes here!

Krisha asks the student throughout the session to explain the questions in her own words, seeking to understand the reasoning behind the learner's answers. Not only does this engage the learner and stimulate their mind, it also enables Krisha to identify the weak areas in the knowledge of a student with greater ease. I can tell that the learner was very confused on some parts where she got the question wrong, but after Krisha explained the correct answers, she seemed to have a much better understanding of the material. Amazing job!

I really loved the way you explained questions with examples of the learner's interests (especially Shakespeare's example). Great to know you help the learner by noticing when they were confused and offered to explain by using Sitcom examples.

I like how you introduced yourself and told the students that they do not need to unmute if they do not feel comfortable doing so. I really like how you asked the students to introduce themselves, giving their name and fun fact. You truly cared about their interests/fun fact, creating a positive and comfortable environment where students will feel supported. You also make sure they feel confident and are acknowledged when they answer a question correctly, such as telling one of the students to pat themselves on the back. Good job using their names to create a personal connection, as this ensures they feel confident and safe in the learning environment.
