You did a great job letting the students work on each question by themselves. Instead of just telling them the answer or working through the steps, you gave them a chance to think through every answer choice to figure out for themselves why each choice either works or does not. They also did a good job asking the student if they're following along and understanding each step after they explained it to make sure the student did not get lost.

I think you showed a high level of respect and empathy throughout your session. When learners talked about their mistakes or what they found hard, you often empathized with them. This motivates and encourages the learners because they understand that everyone makes mistakes and it is important to learn from those mistakes to find personal success.
