You did great at ~5:00 by introducing yourself in a way that shows a little of bit of personality, and I also liked that you invited the learners to introduce themselves at ~6:26. Another thing I liked is that you greeted a learner as they joined at ~7:27, this really creates a comfortable learning environment from the get-go for that learner. You also encourage learners to speak during the session and send messages in the chat during the review portion of the practice assessment from 49:00 - ~1:18:00, this keeps learners engaged and creates a comfortable learning environment. *This sign (~) means around, I use it when the timestamp I showed is around that portion of the session, sometimes what I am referring to in my feedback is not directly at that time stamp, but around it.*

You explained every slide in detail, you obviously understand all the topics, and you use the whiteboard and zoom annotations effectively. Your insight into the problems, such as directly solving for 12h instead of h, then multiplying by 12, is also useful. It is also evident you kept in mind what tutors learn during the training, e.g. asking "What questions do you have." Great job.

You do great in giving the learners a practice assessment that contains questions similar to what is faced on the real SAT, this allows them to make more progress as your bootcamp progresses. You also explain the questions well and answer questions thoroughly such as the question one of the learners had at 1:16:17, this all proves that you were well prepared to teach content.

The learners seemed to understand your explanations whenever they were confused and will be able to apply that knowledge in the future. It is hard to give specific examples when there were only two diagnostics, but I can assure you your tutoring is very effective.

Things as simple as "I hope you can go to Peurto Rico some day" really show that you care about your learners. They are not afraid to share their thought processes and your tone is encouraging. Again, an exemplary session.
