What worked well: He was very comforting and kind to the learner, especially when the learner had some gaps in understanding. The tutor seems to be comfortable with the tutoring, such as trying to use the desk or Microsoft Paint to make the learner more comfortable. What could be improved: Sometimes, the tutor seemed all over the place when transitioning from an image to their desk or Microsoft Paint, and many occasions of abrupt zooming into the screen may put off some learners.
