I can see why people on schoolhouse like you, because you do a great job presenting yourself as knowledgeable while also being friendly and likeable. I can really feel your personality through your tone and cadence, and I think that helps make learners more receptive to your lessons. One thing, though, is that even though it is hard and slightly uncomfortable, it is important to get all students to speak up or at least be active through the chat, and forcing them to speak may be something you have to do, at least at first. It's just one of those things that's necessary to break the ice. Overall, though, great job!
