AP US History FRQ Crash Course
The goal of this series is to help anyone taking the AP US History exam this year master the FRQ section, which accounts for 60% of your score! If you find trouble figuring out how to attack FRQs, this series is for you! As someone who self-studied for the APUSH exam last year and had never taken a humanities AP before, I know how challenging it can be to decide where to start and to know if you'll do well on the exam.
At the beginning of this series, we'll go over each FRQ type on the APUSH exam and carefully review its scoring rubric. From there, we'll practice making outlines for an FRQ together and start stringing together essays. Finally, in the month leading up to the exam, I will provide practice FRQs and score your essays with feedback.
However, I want to adjust the series based on my students, so if there is a particular area you would like to focus on, please let me know!
